Meet Dr. Natalie A. Franciso

Mentor to Women, Speaker, Author & Consultant

Rev. Dr. Natalie A. Francisco has served extensively in full-time ministry for over 35 years in areas of leadership in both the Music and Arts and Christian Education departments of her local church. She currently serves as Oversight and Worship Pastor of Calvary Community Church (also known as C3 Hampton) in Hampton, VA. Alongside her husband of 41 years, Bishop L.W. Francisco III, she provides spiritual covering, leadership development and oversight for several pastors, churches and ministries across the United States as well as in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. In 1991, she co-founded Calvary Christian Academy in Hampton, VA, as well as Calvary Bible College in 1997. The culmination of her years of experience in relating to women and children of all ages have been instrumental in affording her the opportunity to author four books: Wisdom for Women of Worth & Worship: Lessons for a Life of Virtue, Value & Victory; Parenting and Partnering with Purpose: Linking Homes, Schools and Churches to Educate Our Children; A Woman’s Journal for Joyful Living: Successful Steps to Holistic Health; and I’m Just Saying! Devotional Inspiration and Insight for Men and Women (all published by St. Paul Press).

As founder and executive director of Women of Worth and Worship, LLC, Dr. Francisco seeks to provide godly and practical instruction to women who desire to learn and implement biblical truths and principles from her life’s lessons. As a personal mentor and consultant, she strives to equip others to excel in the areas of ministry, daily living and education. This is accomplished via her books, conferences, seminars, bible studies, retreats and mentoring sessions held on location as requested as well as online across the country and around the world.

Dr. Natalie earned Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in Christian Education from International Bible College & Seminary in Independence, MO, and a Doctorate in Christian Education from Carolina University of Theology. Although she has served as a co-pastor, an educator, motivational speaker, worship leader and author, her greatest joys are found in serving God, spending time with her family and friends, and practicing self- care.
